Linear Jigs Revolving Door Foaming Line( Free-freon)

This foaming line is special for refrigerator's door foaming and is also capable for cyclopentane. The machine’s advantages are as follows: high safety and reliability,small and compact configuration, high effective etc. the whole equipment is consisted by follows parts: 22 sets of fixtures that there are 4 workstation special for workers manipulating, eg opening and closing, feeding and takeing down workpieces, this function is realised by electrical motor and pheumatic cylinder with connecting bar or cam, and before foaming from one workstation to another workstation, the moulds in fixtures will move down to close. The equipment’s whole driving depending on side motor to realise up and down fixtures circling moving.
